To usher in the Year of the Ram this Chinese New Year, SCS has taken on the ambitious task of reinvigorating one of our familiar festival classics, the pineapple tart. Just a few weeks back, we conducted an event in Mid Valley whereby Media attended a hands-on baking demonstration with Chef Collin Lim, who stepped participants through the preparation and baking process.
Personnel from LiTV, NTV7, Foodsion and The Malaysian Women's Weekly and other participants (even ourselves!) took to the tables to make their own pineapple tarts from scratch.
