Meet Orchan's latest recruit who hails from the sleepy (his words -- not ours!) town of Ipoh. Thrown into the deep end of the proverbial pool from the first day he started, he's managed to stay afloat (fingers crossed), which highlights his maturity, dedication and "can-do" attitude.
