In our opinion, NO!
There is always going to be a need to develop and enhance one's skills, especially when it comes to communicating with the media. Covid hasn't changed this need; it has only altered the communications channels and the way in which we should structure messages. It has also altered expectations, which, can be both a good and a bad pivot!
Furthermore, it has created opportunity for training delivery modes which are different to face-to-face, these bringing advantages to both parties in the training equation.
