We often think that during a crisis, our most important groups to communicate with are the media and our customers. Whilst it is true that they are important, their weighting in the overall business equation differs from organisation to organisation. Not to mention, there are other, potentially more important, stakeholders in the game too - and we have to think through how best to communicate to them as well.
